Black Belt Testing
I am going to hold special black belt tests 4 times per year.  I am planning on testing black belts separately from the regular tests for several reasons.
1.  It will reduce the length of time a belt test will last.

2.  It will give me more time to 'put black belts through their paces'.

3.  I have quite a few leaders testing for blue collars and that is a long process as well.

4.  I no longer want the attitude of I will wait until the next test....it's only 2 months away.  I want them pushing hard for it.

Because this testing year is already set, I had to modify the Black Belt Testing Schedule.  The first test was in Februrary.  The schedule this year will look like this:

May 21, 2010 - Black Belt Only Test
August 26, 2010 - Black Belt Test
December 10, 2010 - Black Belt Test

Starting next year the Black Belt Test will be: March, June, September and December.
